Sheets Outreach reads only the spreadsheets you pick. Google Drive access uses the drive.file scope, which covers files you select in the Google Picker. It does not browse the rest of your Drive.

Mail is sent with the gmail.send scope from your own Gmail account. The app never requests permission to read your inbox.

Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell personal data.

Recipient rows and merge data are deleted 90 days after a campaign completes.

Google API Services User Data Policy: Sheets Outreach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
